The editor interface is in Italian for now: it is visual, and every size is in centimetres.

The 3×3 preview shows that the texture repeats without seams. Download the PNG: the app tells you the width and height in cm to type in Sweet Home 3D.
Furniture → Import texture…, choose the PNG and enter the width and height shown by the app. Then pick it as the floor of the room.
